Fitton Oake Tile Shop is based in the small village of Wiggenhall St Germans, near Kings Lynn in Norfolk. The business is family run, was established in 1978 and has grown to become one of the largest privately owned outlets in the UK. Our showrooms, set in old barns; sit beside a beautiful Elizabethan house, this setting provides stunning external views and a fascinating amount of ideas inside our converted outbuildings. The showroom & grounds have undergone a total refurbishment over the last two years since Roger & Sally retired, with Edward & Louise taking over the mantle. This is no mean feat taking into consideration our showroom is over 13500 sq feet in size. We have many international visitors every year in the form of agents representing the factories from whom we purchase our products. All of which say that we easily rank in the top 3 showrooms they visit in the entire UK which is a very pleasing thought.   

Amongst the huge amount of wall and floor tiles on display, we also have a recently refurbished 1800 sq ft kitchen showroom. We offer a large range of kitchens from gloss handless doors to hand painted in any colour of your choice & to suit any budget.

Our latest addition to the premises is our 'Natural Collection Showroom' which houses all natural products available on the market. These products are shown in a large internal & external showroom space, all beautifully finished and dressed as they would be in your home.  We import a huge amount of natural stone from around the globe, this includes limestone, slate & sandstone from India. Travertine, marble & limestone from Turkey. Marble & limestone from Egypt & finally slate from Brazil. Please do take the time to visit our showroom, we are very proud of it & most customers are amazed by the quality of product & the huge choice of products we can offer.
